Your items are custom-printed just for you. So, unfortunately, I cannot accept refunds or exchange requests because you 'don't like it' . If, however, the item  is defective, then I'd be happy to refund or exchange it for you. Please provide photographic evidence of damage or bad printing. Thanks, I'm here to help.
